- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and market dynamics.
- Browse professional networks and job boards to identify qualified candidates.
- Engage potential employees in the hiring process by establishing effective communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and present regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4-6 years' experience in talent acquisition, preferably in dynamic or fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously with strict deadlines.
- Proven sourcing skills using social media platforms, headhunting, and direct search methods.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Independent work style with accountability and a results-driven approach.
