Job Title: Client Engagement Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead client engagement efforts and drive business growth through strategic partnership development.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering effective communication and relationship management.
- Purposefully understand client requirements, workforce planning needs, and hiring strategies to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client needs.
- Drive client satisfaction through regular reviews, feedback sessions, and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling staffing and recruitment services.
- Develop client-specific engagement plans to build long-term partnerships and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain and present reports on account performance, hiring trends, and client feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labour market insights, and competitor activities.
