Agile Project Leader

We are seeking a skilled Agile Project Leader to lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of users and technology.

  • Develop and manage each project's scope and timeline.
  • Cultivate effective collaboration through coordinated sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
  • Empower team members with Agile frameworks coaching.

Foster internal communication and facilitate effective collaboration.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote the Scrum framework application in software development teams.
  • Collaborate with product owners/Business Analysts to handle backlogs and new requests.
  • Resolve conflicts and eliminate obstacles that occur.
  • Guide development teams towards higher Scrum maturity.
  • Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Agile Project Leader and 7+ years in the IT industry.
  • Expert knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
