Job Title: Agile Project Facilitator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Agile Project Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong understanding of Agile principles.

About the Role:

The Agile Project Facilitator will be responsible for leading Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and coaching team members on Agile best practices. This individual will also act as a liaison between product owners, development teams, and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand priorities, and provide regular project updates.
  • Act as a liaison between product owners, development teams, and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and expectations.
  • Remove team impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Track and communicate key Agile metrics to measure team performance and project progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business, information technology, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
  • Proven experience interacting directly with clients and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and frameworks.
  • Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in distributed or cross-functional teams.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Knowledge of additional Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
