Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Agile software development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project planning and execution, collaborating with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to align on project objectives and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and distribute Agile project documentation, including sprint plans, product backlogs, user stories, and retrospectives.
  • Track project progress, impediments, and dependencies; escalate issues and coordinate resolution to maintain project velocity and delivery timelines.
  • Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support release planning and coordinate deployment activities in collaboration with DevOps and QA teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project coordination or management, with a proven track record in Agile software development environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.
  • Experience working in software development or IT services industries.
