Agile Project Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Agile Project Manager to spearhead our software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with distributed teams for 13-16 years.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Agile Initiatives: Serve as both Project Manager and Scrum Master across cross-functional teams, driving project success through effective planning and execution.
  • Manage Product Development Lifecycle: Coordinate the entire product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-launch support, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Coordinate Distributed Teams: Collaborate with Business Analysts, UI/Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support to ensure alignment with business goals and facilitate successful team collaboration.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Agile Methodologies: Proven experience with Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos, and backlog grooming, ensuring team efficiency and productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Team Management: Demonstrated ability to manage expectations, provide transparent status updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives, fostering a culture of open communication.
  • Risk Management: Skilled at identifying and mitigating project risks, blockers, and dependencies, maintaining delivery momentum and ensuring project success.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of Angular and Node.js to validate technical solutions and support informed decision-making, driving innovation and progress.
