Key Responsibilities
  1. Process Improvement: Design and implement SOPs and processes for different initiatives to improve learner outcomes.
  2. Leadership: Take ownership of processes, identify gaps, and conduct root cause analysis to close them.
  3. Team Guidance: Lead and guide your team to deliver results and drive execution.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with teams like Content, Delivery, Student Success, Careers, and Corporate Partnerships.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institute and 3+ years of experience in consulting firms, fast-growing startups, or edtech companies. They should possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent people skills, and a data-driven mindset.
