Job Title: Agile Coach

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to facilitate and coach teams in adopting and refining the Scaled Agile framework.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
  • Ensure cross-functional teams understand and follow Agile principles
  • Foster open communication channels across teams and stakeholders
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • 10-15 years of experience in IT
  • At least 4+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) with PSM2 or similar qualification preferred
  • Experience working with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Scaled Scum
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Proficient in English and skilled at working in multi-site environments
  • Understanding of the payments industry is advantageous
