Job Title: Project Manager Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead agile teams and drive successful project execution.

About the Role:

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile frameworks and tools, excellent leadership and communication skills, and experience in stakeholder engagement.

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure smooth team collaboration and efficient progress.
  • Guide teams in Agile adoption and ensure adherence to Scrum principles for successful project execution.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, and monitor and report on project progress and team performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment to drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and change management.
  • Technical background or familiarity with software development lifecycle is a plus.
