Senior Agile Project Coordinator

Lead and manage agile software development projects from initiation to completion. Ensure successful delivery of software products that meet or exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Scrum Team Management: Build and anchor Scrum Teams across various projects, ensuring sprint ceremonies are conducted according to Agile methodologies.
- Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate agile development teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maximize their productivity and efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Communication: Facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders. Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define and implement quality standards and processes. Ensure software products meet or exceed quality expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within development teams. Implement agile best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to enhance efficiency and product quality.
