The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency and trust throughout the engagement">
  • Translating client requirements into actionable tasks and coordinating with technical teams">
  • Developing and maintaining project documentation including project plans, schedules, and status reports">
  • Conducting regular client meetings, progress reviews, and ensuring prompt communication">
  • Identifying project risks and proactively resolving issues to keep deliverables on track">
  • Monitoring resource allocation and performance, ensuring optimal utilization">
  • Ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline">
  • Collaborating with leadership to improve project delivery frameworks and client satisfaction metrics">

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field">
  • 4-7 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on client communication">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills">
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail">
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously">
  • Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, or MS Project">
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, MSP services, or remote support environments">
