Job Opportunity

The role of a senior manager involves leading complex projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans that meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Track project progress and provide regular status reports.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and create recommendations.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • PMP certification (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with PMI frameworks and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong governance, documentation, and risk management capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder influencing and communication skills.
  • Structured problem solving and attention to detail.

Project Management Expertise

Our ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience in project management, leading complex projects from inception to completion. They should be familiar with PMI frameworks and able to apply Agile/Waterfall methodologies pragmatically. The candidate should also have strong governance, documentation, and risk management capabilities, as well as excellent stakeholder influencing and communication skills. A PMP certification is mandatory for this role.

Project Delivery

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing project plans that meet strict deadlines and deliverables. They will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and goals, coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, and identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Regular status reports will be provided to stakeholders, and post-project evaluations will be conducted to create recommendations for future projects.
