Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Instructor-Led Training Experience Manager. This role will play a critical part in the transformation of how we serve our customers.

The successful candidate will have experience driving change and leveraging new technology, process, and operating models. They will be responsible for designing end-to-end Instructor Programs and customer experiences that meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include applying Experience Design methodologies to identify and develop transformational experiences, empathizing with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs, and presenting findings and recommendations to business stakeholders for alignment.

Preferred qualifications include experience building alignment with key executives, leaders, and stakeholders across complex organizations, as well as a strong executive presence and ability to deliver compelling perspectives with supportive data.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Apply Experience Design methodologies to design end-to-end Instructor Programs and customer experiences that meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Empathize with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders for alignment.
  • Drive rapid experimentation and hypothesis testing to validate solutions.
  • Navigate difficult conversations and conflicting requirements by facilitating negotiations and presenting options to design solutions that meet overall business needs.
  • Requirements:
  • Salesforce Administrator and Service Cloud Certified (required within first 6 months)
  • Experience Design/Human-centered design training/certification (required within first 9 months)
