Job Opportunity: Article Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Article Assistant to support our team in various capacities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well in a team and independently.

The successful candidate will assist in audits, assurance, and due diligence engagements, as well as support consulting projects across various industries. They will also conduct research on tax laws and regulations, help with corporate law compliance and regulatory filings, and assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Requirements:
  • Audit & Assurance knowledge
  • Taxation knowledge
  • Corporate Law knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office applications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant internship or work experience in accounting or finance
