Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join our team as a Reservations Executive. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in hotel reservations / front office, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound client calls/inquiries on IVR/OTAs, converting inquiries into bookings, and meeting/exceeding revenue targets. Additionally, they will create business from existing customer accounts by sending new offer updates, packages, and more. They will also maintain central reservation systems, create reservations, maintain customer records, and update advance payments/balance receivable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel is mandatory. Previous experience in front office/reservations department (hotels) is required, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience. Working Hours & Days:

The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, six days a week. You will be given the option to choose a weekly off between Monday - Thursday at the time of appointment.
