Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
- Experience: 3+ years in reservations/front office in hospitality
- Strong Understanding: Of OTA extranets (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.)
- Understanding: Of PMS (Property Management Systems) and rate management
- Excellent Communication Skills: In English; other languages a plus
- Proficient: In MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting
- Detail-Oriented: Proactive and willing to learn in a start-up environment
