Key Role: Reservations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the management of guest reservations, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administer room reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries via phone, email, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
  • Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, packages, and promotions to ensure informed decision-making by guests.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by upselling and promoting hotel services, resulting in increased revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operations teams (front office, housekeeping, food and beverage) to meet guest requirements and ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Maintain updated records of reservations, guest preferences, and reports to inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CORPORATE CLIENTS, TRAVEL AGENTS, AND REPEAT GUESTS TO DRIVE LOYALTY AND RETENTION.
  • Efficiently handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests to minimize disruption and maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor OTA bookings, guest reviews, and respond promptly to ensure timely communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in reservations, sales, or guest relations in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali are desired.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and OTA platforms is essential.
  • Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and detail-focused individuals who can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment are ideal candidates for this role.
