Job Title: Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious Revenue Growth Specialist to join our growing team. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop your skills in hotel revenue management and make a meaningful impact on our business.

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of the hospitality industry, preferably in reservations or front office roles, and be eager to learn and grow with our company.

  • Assist in managing room rates, availability, and promotions to drive revenue growth
  • Support senior revenue managers with daily analysis and reporting
  • Monitor online travel agency (OTA) channels and update content/rates
  • Coordinate with sales and reservations teams to ensure seamless communication
  • Track leads, RFPs, and group business opportunities to maximize revenue potential
  • Share daily activity updates with internal teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of the hospitality industry, preferably in reservations or front office roles
  • Strong interest in revenue management and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and property management systems (PMS)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting during US shift hours
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

Work Schedule:
