This is a hybrid role—equal parts sales leader and strategic thinker, focused on driving revenue growth and market positioning for our tech staffing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategy to achieve revenue targets for the staffing vertical.
  • Establish and manage a predictable pipeline of global clients, leveraging strong relationships and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborate with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure seamless onboarding and retention of clients.

Growth Strategy & Positioning:

  • Define and implement a go-to-market strategy for Sunday Labs' staffing solutions, identifying opportunities for differentiation and scalability.
  • Develop compelling messaging, narratives, and sales collateral that highlight the value proposition of our services.
  • Create scalable playbooks for outbound and inbound growth initiatives.

Ecosystem Partnerships & Engagement:

  • Foster partnerships with VCs, accelerators, and startup ecosystems to drive referrals and increase brand visibility.
  • Represent Sunday Labs at industry events, communities, and thought-leadership forums to establish thought leadership and credibility.
  • Position Sunday Labs as the go-to partner for building world-class engineering teams, leveraging expertise and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.

Demand Generation & Marketing Enablement:

  • Collaborate with marketing to design and execute demand-gen campaigns, case studies, and content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Track and analyze brand visibility metrics, including inbound leads, referrals, and ecosystem mentions, to inform future strategies.
  • Provide sales/BD teams with the tools and resources they need to succeed, including narratives, decks, and client-facing materials.

Leadership & Growth:

  • Work closely with founders to refine offerings, pricing, and market expansion strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Mentor and enable junior sales/BD hires, fostering growth and development within the team.
  • Continuously gather market feedback to refine our GTM strategy and improve overall performance.
