Job Overview
We are seeking a professional to manage the recruitment life cycle of one of our banking clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a large Canadian bank on high-volume recruitment initiatives while leading and supporting a team of recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Recruitment Account Managers & Recruitment Managers to support client requirements.
- Support HR Manager with contractor/consultant/employee onboarding.
- Develop and maintain effective spreadsheets to track various items, including issue logs, interview logs, job posting logs, candidate logs, and action item logs.
- Attend team meetings and client meetings.
- Coordinate meetings and reservations for senior management.
- Provide support with managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring new jobs are opened in the ATS and updated daily.
- Submit candidates on the client portal.
- Review and track updates published on the client portal.
- Leverage principles of candidate sourcing and screening.
- Support background checks and contract renewals.
- Monitor recruiter performance, provide feedback, and implement process improvements.
- Support recruitment directly during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- University Degree
- Excellent English oral and written skills, fluency preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and recruitment tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities.
