Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will design and execute innovative strategies to attract top talent across functions, aligning hiring practices with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business objectives;
- Design and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent across functions;
- Champion a culture of excellence and engagement through strong talent practices;
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely closure of critical positions;
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire and enhance quality of hire;
- Partner with HR, department heads, and leadership to understand hiring needs and drive collaborative recruitment processes;
- Build and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including recruitment agencies and job boards;
- Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire;
- Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies;
- Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse workforce and promote inclusive hiring practices;
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards as necessary
Requirements:
Applicants must have at least 10-12 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition at the corporate level.
Prior experience in the social sector will be an added advantage.
Key competencies include strategic thinking, analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
