The ideal candidate will have:

  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

Responsibilities also include team leadership, candidate sourcing, hiring process optimization, collaboration with stakeholders, employer branding, compliance and reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
