Transformative Opportunity for a Corporate Partnerships Professional

This is not your typical placement office gig. It's a 0 → 1 journey where you'll build new systems, forge lasting partnerships, and shape the future of how companies engage with Altera talent.

We're reimagining business education from scratch — curriculum, pedagogy, placements — all built around what drives outcomes in the real world.

As a Corporate Partnerships Professional, you'll own outreach & relationship-building with top recruiters across different sectors, drive employer engagement through outreach campaigns, partnerships, and strategic connects, and pitch Altera's unique value proposition to industry leaders.

You'll coordinate end-to-end placement activities – from company onboarding, CXO interactions, interviews and final offers – and act as the key point of contact for recruiters and ensure smooth, timely execution.

This is a paid internship that may convert into a full-time offer based on performance. You'll have high ownership and visibility across leadership, students, and recruiters.

About the Role:

  • Build and Scale Corporate Partnerships:
    • Owning outreach & relationship-building with top recruiters across different sectors
    • Driving employer engagement through outreach campaigns, partnerships, and strategic connects
    • Pitching Altera's unique value proposition to industry leaders
  • Manage Placements:
    • Coordinating end-to-end placement activities – from company onboarding, CXO interactions, interviews and final offers
    • Acting as the key point of contact for recruiters and ensuring smooth, timely execution
    • Working cross-functionally with students, faculty, and leadership to align on placement priorities
  • Reporting and Insights:
    • Tracking placement data, feedback, and engagement metrics
    • Sharing market insights to inform program strategy and employer targeting
