Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Store Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail branch.

Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth functioning and provide exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory and stock levels to maintain optimal display of merchandise.
  • Staff Supervision: Update staff attendance reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Cash Handling: Reserve cash and deposit excess funds to the respective branch current account.
Customer Service Expectations
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and courteous interactions.
  • Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Sales and Marketing Objectives
  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve targets and maximise revenue.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities to drive sales.
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share and maintain outstanding store condition.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and personalised interactions.
  • Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance customer experience.
Team Management
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates and support personnel.
  • Provide guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high performance and productivity levels.
  • Recruit, train and supervise branch staff.
Financial Acumen
  • Manage the branch budget effectively, controlling expenses while maximising profitability.
  • Monitor branch expenses and budgets.
Safety and Security Protocols
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding safety, security, and legal requirements.
  • Implement security measures to safeguard assets and prevent theft or loss.
