Warehouse Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about logistics and supply chain management.

Job Description

The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing the retail and last-mile delivery functions for e-commerce brands or platforms.
  • Handling entire retail operations and warehouse management.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Negotiating and handling day-to-day operations with third-party logistics operators.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
