We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our operations as Cluster Head.

Job Description
  • Oversee and drive operational excellence in the GPay Process, ensuring compliance and delivering performance metrics.
  • Mentor and motivate team leaders to achieve business objectives and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale operations (100+ team members) with strong leadership, analytical, and people management skills.
  • Exposure to fintech / BFSI / payment domain is preferred, along with the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team in the GPay Process.
  • Drive process compliance, deliver performance metrics, and mentor team leaders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
