Job Description:

As an experienced operations leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day functioning of our organization.

  • Manage and coordinate the work of multiple teams to ensure seamless operation and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to boost productivity and streamline processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and progress.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary resources to excel.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. You will also be expected to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience as an Assistant Manager - Operations in international business process outsourcing and voice processes.
  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
  • Must have experience handling more than 40 full-time equivalent employees.
