Job Title: Reservation Executive
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will oversee the accuracy of reservations in a hotel chain, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Ensuring settlements are accurate and following up with business clients as necessary.
- Managing reservation processes and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve exceptional customer service.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Previous experience in hotel reservations or a related field.
- Knowledge of hotel booking systems and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a supervisor/executive in a hotel's reservation/front office department.
- Graduate degree from any stream; a diploma/degree in hotel/hospitality management is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Hindi language.
