A highly organized and result-driven Operational Manager is key to the success of our organization. This individual will oversee and optimize daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities- Operational Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day business operations to maintain a high level of productivity.
- Process Development: Develop operational processes to improve workflows and streamline tasks.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead the operations team, promoting coordination across departments and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Financial Management: Monitor resources and costs to ensure profitability and make informed decisions.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing regular performance reports to senior management.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address client queries/escalations and work to enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Admin Manager, or similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, CRM, or related software tools.
- Project Management: Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
