Job Title: Chief Financial Operations Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable Manager to lead our financial operations team.

  • This is a management position responsible for overseeing the accounts payable department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily AP operations, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
  2. Manage, train, and support accounts payable staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  3. Evaluate and implement best practices to improve accuracy and compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
  4. Analyze and optimize AP processes to streamline operations and reduce costs.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers through effective communication and issue resolution.
  6. Support internal audits, month-end, and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  7. Develop and maintain financial reports to support business planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable or accounting, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP best practices.
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
