This role involves overseeing the development and maintenance of strategic alliances with banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), microfinance institutions (MFIs), brokers, and corporate agents.
- Drive Strategic Alliances: Identify opportunities for growth and develop innovative partnership models to enhance market penetration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor offerings for partners and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Onboard New Partners: Conduct consultative B2B engagement to identify and onboard new partners, showcasing the company's capabilities across various product lines.
- Present Company Capabilities: Develop and execute zonal business plans aligned with national strategy, presenting the company's offerings to senior stakeholders in partner organizations.
- Monitor and Optimize Performance: Analyze performance data to optimize existing alliances and drive innovation in partnership models.
- Resolve Escalations: Effectively manage escalations and ensure smooth operations across partner touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, lead and mentor a team of alliance managers and business development executives, provide market intelligence and competition mapping, and collaborate with product and operations teams to develop tailored offerings for partners.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions, and have a deep understanding of the financial services industry.
