Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our organization in managing projects efficiently.

  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Coordinate between internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear, fast, and effective communication.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations with precision.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and drive accountability to meet deadlines and milestones.
  • Support in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing action points and decisions.
  • Anticipate risks or delays and proactively escalate issues when necessary to ensure project success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Smart problem-solver with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results on time with quality and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) is an added advantage.
