Job Title: Building Information Modeller

We are seeking a full-time professional to play an important role in the digital delivery and integration of large-scale projects.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in design, drafting, and BIM management.

Broad Responsibilities:

  • To manage and coordinate BIM use for complex projects.
  • To develop, implement, maintain, and update BIM protocols, Execution Plans, and documentation throughout project delivery.
  • To collaborate with modelers, specialists, leads, and managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • To document and communicate best practices and workflows to team members.
  • To lead and manage a team of MEP CAD/Revit Modelers.
  • To ensure quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced.
  • To monitor team compliance with BIM standards and guidelines.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools.
  • Experience using Navis for Coordination.
  • Technical knowledge of MEP services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems.
