We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with estimation experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting project managers in planning, coordinating, and controlling projects, with a focus on estimation, budgeting, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimation and Budgeting

1. Assist in preparing detailed estimates for projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs.

2. Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

3. Conduct cost-benefit analyses to identify areas for cost savings.

Project Coordination

1. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and contractors.

2. Assist in developing project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans.

3. Monitor project progress, identifying and reporting on any deviations from the project plan.

Documentation and Reporting

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including estimates, budgets, and project schedules.

2. Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, cost reports, and forecast reports.

3. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration and Communication

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction.

2. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and contractors.

3. Facilitate project meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
