What You'll Be Doing at Evalueserve

  • Drive Business Success in Corporate and Institutional Banking: Exceptional individuals with strong core skills in Corporate and Institutional Banking will drive business use cases in MSME, Trade and Receivable Finance, Credit and Lending, and Liquidity and Cash Management domains.
  • Lead Large-Scale Projects: Strong 8-12 years of experience within Corporate and Institutional Banking, with deep functional expertise in CIB functions such as SME, Liquidity, Fraud, Finance, Trade Finance, Credit & Lending, and Liquidity and Cash Management.
  • Collaborate with Analytics Teams: Experience working with analytics/data science teams with extensive consulting exposure within CIB teams, handling critical business requirements gathering, understanding, and delivering analytics reporting functions for big international corporate banks.
  • Excel in Finance, Treasury, and Islamic Banking: Experience in Finance, Treasury, and Islamic Banking will be a plus, along with working with big international corporate and commercial banks full-time or as Captive in global offshore centers.
  • Bridge Business and Technology: Document and communicate functional and non-functional business requirements (BRD) to development teams, leading to bridge business and technology, accurately reflecting business needs and obtaining approvals from various stakeholders.
  • Partner with Multiple Key Stakeholders: Experience in partnering with multiple key business stakeholders, leading, and driving business requirement gathering for transformation programs with critical impact for banks as aligned with CIB business needs.
  • Analyze and Develop Reporting Requirements: Analyze and develop reporting, interfacing/integrating, and data migration requirements, monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects (SIT, UAT, and Go-Live) sign-off.
  • Improve Data Management and Governance: Improve and sustain effective data management and governance to drive key business decisions, developing new POCs for building team capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Data Technologies: Knowledge of Teradata or Datawarehouse will be an added advantage, along with knowledge on data-related technologies such as ETL tools, Datawarehouse, and Business Intelligence.
  • Certification Bonus: Certification like CSPO, CBAP, or any BA certification will be a plus.

What We're Looking For

  • Master's Degree in Management/Finance: A Master's degree in management/finance is required.
  • Core Banking Experience: 8-12 years of experience in Core business banking with data and analytics domain specifically, Corporate and Institutional Banking, MSME, Trade Finance, Credit & Lending, and Liquidity and Cash Management.
  • Extensive Project Handling: Extensive experience in handling multiple business projects and senior stakeholders' management, understanding of datasets, and intermediate knowledge of data/tech development lifecycle.
  • Data Skills: Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Teradata is important, along with understanding of core banking and finance and other source systems.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
