Job Overview:

The People Operations Business Partner will play a vital role in shaping our company culture and ensuring a positive working environment for our global team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding and Integration: Welcome new team members, explain our policies, and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Background Verification: Conduct thorough background checks for all new hires with the help of vendors.
  • Employee Engagement: Regularly check-in with team members, monitor happiness and productivity, and develop strategies to boost morale and engagement.
  • Conflict Resolution: Partner with leaders and management to resolve people-related conflicts and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain essential communication channels, including email templates and policies.
  • Policy Development: Work closely with leaders to draft and implement policies that reflect our vision and values.
  • Retention and Attrition: Analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations to minimize attrition and maximize retention.
  • Exit Interviews and Offboarding: Conduct thorough exit interviews, coordinate offboarding processes, and ensure a seamless transition for departing employees.
  • Team Events and Logistics: Plan and execute team events that foster collaboration and camaraderie.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate and negotiate with vendors to establish partnerships.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Collaborate with the Finance team to process salary changes and payroll within specified timelines.

About You:

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for conflict resolution.
  • Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action.
  • Proven experience in People Operations, people programs, staffing, and/or other large-scale people-related roles.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and employee relations case management.
  • Proficient with numbers, MS Office, and related tools.
  • Experience working with a remote, global team of over 250 people.
