We are seeking an experienced ITSM Practice Manager – Change Enablement to join our team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of our Change Enablement practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a best-in-class Change Enablement practice, aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Provide process guidance and training to internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Change Enablement practice.
- Collaborate with technical teams to refine and implement process improvements.
- Actively contribute to ITSM projects and drive continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
- University degree in IT or relevant professional experience.
- Several years of experience in IT Service Management in an ITIL-driven corporate environment.
- At least 5 years of proven track record in Change Enablement and/or Release & Deployment process design, implementation, enforcement, and continuous improvement.
- Good understanding of modern IT infrastructure and application architecture.
- ITIL certification (Foundation is a must, advanced levels are considered an advantage).
- Experience with IT Service Management Platforms (Jira and/or ServiceNow preferred).
As a Change Enablement ITSM Practice Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our IT organization and contribute to the success of Hapag-Lloyd AG.
