
Enterprise Client Growth Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Client Partner to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring strong client engagement and successful adoption of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Owning and managing a portfolio of enterprise clients.
- Understanding client strategies, challenges, and technical environments to deliver tailored solutions.
- Leading onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Representing the client internally by working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Conducting executive-level discussions and aligning solutions with client objectives.
- Using data, KPIs, and market insights to provide recommendations and measurable value.
- Identifying opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
- Translating client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services.
- Staying up-to-date with industry and technology trends to advise clients effectively.
- 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experience with data-driven engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
