Job Title: Experienced Alfresco Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in designing, developing, and delivering Alfresco ECM-based projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end Alfresco platform development, support, and enhancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop solutions leveraging Alfresco object model, security model, taxonomy, search, user interface, and workflow.
  • Work extensively on Alfresco and Alfresco Share for medium to large-scale implementations.
  • Develop Alfresco-based prototypes/POCs to demonstrate capabilities in document management, collaboration, BPM, and records management.
  • Build and integrate Java/J2EE components with document management systems.
  • Implement and maintain RESTful web services and APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time using Agile methodologies.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Alfresco and Alfresco Share development.
  • Experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Web Services, REST APIs.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud services.
  • Experience with Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.
  • Good understanding of SOLR and ECM System Implementation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong consulting and client interaction experience.
  • Experience in delivering end-to-end Alfresco ECM projects in enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance in ECM systems.
