Job Title: Network Support Specialist

You will provide remote technical assistance to consultants and IT teams in India and Singapore. This role is crucial for the pilot deployment of a new enterprise connectivity initiative, with future rollout planned across multiple countries. A strong ability to configure, troubleshoot, and guide end-users through solutions is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Provide technical support to consultants and local IT teams with device setup and connectivity issues.
  • Configure routers from unboxing to deployment.
  • Troubleshoot Netgear Nighthawk devices and similar enterprise Wi-Fi equipment.
  • Guide end-users during live troubleshooting calls.
  • Manage VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for remote users.
  • Document troubleshooting workflows and escalate to global IT teams when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Network Support or IT Infrastructure roles.
  • Proven experience configuring routers, VPNs, and enterprise Wi-Fi devices.
  • Able to explain and walk through router configuration processes CLI/GUI.
  • Strong knowledge of VPN technologies IPSec, SSL, Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler, etc.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting with Netgear Nighthawk or equivalent devices.
  • Excellent English proficiency, able to guide consultants and IT staff effectively.
