Support Our Digital Transformation Journey

We are seeking a highly motivated and curious Digital Transformation Assistant to join our team.

This role involves exploring and implementing new technologies, creating digital training materials, and collaborating with teams to drive strategic change.

You will have the opportunity to test new technologies, recommend practical applications for different departments, and support implementation and roll-outs of new systems. Additionally, you will create digital training materials, document solutions, and assist IT with troubleshooting and support when required.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Test new technologies (AI, RPA, BPA, agents, and digital tools) and recommend practical applications for different departments.
  • Support implementation and roll-outs of new systems, including pilot testing, feedback, and user support.
  • Create digital training materials, including short videos, tutorials, and guides, to support our Digital Training Academy.
  • Document solutions and share knowledge, helping staff adopt new tools with confidence.
  • Assist IT with troubleshooting and support when required, providing a bridge between IT, users, and the transformation team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have a diploma/degree in IT, AI, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field. Additionally, you should have knowledge of or exposure to automation platforms, experience using AI tools and agents, and digital content creation skills. Strong problem-solving ability, resilience, and good communication skills are also essential.
