Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation and Product Manager to lead our efforts in driving business outcomes through digital initiatives.

This role will focus on developing and implementing comprehensive digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in product management, technology leadership, or digital transformation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Prior experience in product management, technology leadership, or digital transformation (8-15 years).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
Technical Expertise
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks.
  • Experience in data science, data lakes, data pipelines, and enterprise analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of Open Source APIs/software and cloud platforms.
Secondary Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to track technology trends and translate them into product innovation.
