Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to enable financial institutions to become digital leaders by delivering exceptional customer journeys in digital and assisted channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system configurations.
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise applications using the Microsoft Power Platform stack.
  • Establish governance frameworks, define standards, and drive best practices on Power Platform.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies such as Azure Open AI, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Copilot Agents.
  • Incorporate Power Platform solutions with other systems using Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Custom Connectors, and REST APIs.
Requirements
  • Over 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Professional certification in CRM or an equivalent within a set timeframe.
  • Experience working in a Technology role with the Microsoft stack (D365/Power Platform) and cloud application architecture using low-code/no-code approaches.
  • Hands-on expertise in C#, SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, Model-driven Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
