Job Overview:

A seasoned Power Platform Developer is sought after to spearhead the development of cutting-edge analytics and digital transformation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for crafting insightful dashboards, custom apps, and automated workflows that empower business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards using advanced DAX and data modeling techniques.
  • Build and customize Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) to streamline business operations, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Automate workflows and approvals with Power Automate to reduce manual effort and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions, leveraging expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling.
  • Integrate Power Platform with Azure services, APIs (REST/JSON), and other relevant technologies to deliver robust and secure solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize performance, data refreshes, and security of Power BI assets, ensuring top-notch user experience.
  • Troubleshoot, support, and continuously improve existing Power Platform solutions, applying strong problem-solving skills and agile methodologies.

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, with a strong emphasis on DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling.
  • Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction & transformation, as well as exposure to Azure services and APIs (REST/JSON).
  • Strong expertise in Agile / Scrum methodology and ability to work in fast-paced teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, with Microsoft Power Platform / Power BI certification being a significant plus.
