Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive our business growth in the UK and South Asia markets.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in selling IT services, a deep understanding of the software industry, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for expanding our client base in the UK and South Asia.
- Identify potential clients and create tailored proposals to showcase our software development services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in IT sales, specifically in selling software development services.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets in the UK and South Asia markets.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to articulate the value of software solutions to clients.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals.
- Experience in developing and managing sales pipelines.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, if needed.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
