What You'll Do:

  • Plan, launch, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) for high-growth D2C brands.
  • Research audiences, analyze competitors, and uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Optimize campaigns daily – from bids and targeting to creatives and budget allocation.
  • Track key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC) and provide actionable insights.
  • Test new ideas, creatives, and strategies in collaboration with the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new ad formats, and Google platform updates.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of Google Ads for D2C brands.
  • A solid grasp of performance marketing metrics and optimization levers.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Attention to detail, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign setup and management.
  • Strong knowledge of D2C brand requirements and preferences.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
