This full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing specialist is located in Hyderabad.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Your primary focus will be on search engine marketing (SEM), targeting high-intent keywords and maintaining high-quality scores.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Manage Google Ads accounts with a focus on search engine marketing (SEM), targeting high-intent keywords and maintaining high-quality scores.
- Performance Analysis: Implement full-funnel strategies for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness. Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Regularly review bidding strategies and budgets to ensure optimal spending efficiency and maximize ROI.
- Analytics & Tracking: Use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance, user behavior, and event tracking. Set up tags, triggers, and variables to ensure accurate conversion tracking.
- Remarketing & Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement remarketing strategies on Meta Ads and Google Ads to re-engage existing leads. Create segmented audience lists based on user behavior and funnel position.
- Local SEO & Competitor Research: Enhance local visibility by optimizing Google My Business listings and tracking their performance. Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends, keyword opportunities, and new campaign strategies.
- Lead Quality & Funnel Optimization: Monitor and analyze lead quality to ensure alignment with business goals. Provide feedback to improve lead generation forms and landing pages.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals, assigning tasks, setting performance goals, and fostering collaboration for successful campaign execution.
- Proven experience developing and implementing remarketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Demonstrated ability to create segmented audience lists based on lead behavior, website activity, and funnel position.
- Experience running tailored remarketing campaigns to increase conversion rates from previously engaged users.
- Skilled in analyzing the performance of remarketing efforts and optimizing creatives, bidding, and frequency based on data insights.
- At least 2 years of experience in Paid campaigns.
