About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our digital marketing strategy, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across various digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid campaign strategies across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and healthcare-specific platforms.
  • Drive patient engagement and lead generation for healthcare services by creating targeted ad copies, creatives, and video campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis specific to the healthcare industry.
  • Analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, Patient Acquisition Cost) and prepare regular reports to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels that drive conversion rate improvement.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant healthcare advertising regulations, including Google's healthcare ad policy and Meta restrictions.
  • Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to re-engage potential patients.
  • Optimize budget allocation to maximize ROI while minimizing Cost per Lead (CPL).
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare digital marketing trends, tools, and compliance policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO basics, and automation tools.
  • Proven experience with lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Understanding of the healthcare patient journey and compliance norms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint.
  • Experience with healthcare CRM or patient management systems.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
  • Ability to handle multi-location healthcare campaigns.
