Senior Digital Marketing Specialist Job

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled digital marketing professional to join our team and take on a leadership role in developing and executing strategic plans to increase online engagement, traffic, and conversions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more, to drive business results.
  • Lead performance marketing teams and manage budgets to optimize spend across channels, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance and user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs, including CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, conversions, and more, to identify areas for improvement and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to align campaign strategies and goals.
  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Data Studio to track performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Implement retargeting strategies and customer acquisition funnels across digital platforms to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze competitor campaigns and market trends to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing D2C campaigns and achieving high returns on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Strong understanding of digital media buying, attribution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, YouTube Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in electronics or gadget-based D2C brands.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, WebEngage).
  • Knowledge of SEO, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing.
