Key Responsibilities

This role involves overseeing the organization's digital marketing initiatives with the aim of increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies incorporating SEO/SEM, email marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution and timely delivery.
  • Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to launch using current marketing tools and strategies.

Detailed Job Description:

  • Plan and implement all digital marketing efforts including but not limited to:
    • Comprehensive SEO/SEM strategies
    • Marketing database management
    • Email marketing campaigns
    • Social media engagement
    • Display advertising
  • Design build and maintain a robust and engaging social media presence across relevant platforms.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns assessing them against established goals ROI and KPIs.
  • Identify key trends and insights then optimize spend and performance based on data-driven observations.
  • Brainstorm and implement new growth strategies to expand our digital reach and impact.
  • Plan execute and measure experiments and conversion tests to enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to create high-performing landing pages and continually optimize the user experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints identifying areas for improvement.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with agencies and other vendor partners to amplify our digital marketing efforts.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for their adoption where appropriate.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Experience leading and managing successful SEO/SEM marketing database email social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with extensive experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage inform and motivate.
  • Hands-on experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments to drive continuous improvement.
  • Solid working knowledge of website analytics tools for in-depth performance analysis.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Proven experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Technical understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript development and their constraints as they relate to digital marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends best practices and technological advancements in online marketing and measurement.
